3-Day Window
Request a return within 3 days of delivery.
Intact Packaging
Must be returned with tags & original box.
Fast Refund
Processed within 3-7 business days.
Eligible Returns
- Product delivered incorrectly or in a defective condition.
- Mismatch between received product and ordered size/color.
- Manufacturing defect found in the product.
- Product is completely unused, with tags and packaging intact.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Product has been used, washed, or altered.
- Tags removed or original packaging is damaged.
- Applying after the 3-day window solely for “change of mind”.
- Products purchased during final clearance sales.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are sent to mobile banking accounts. Processing takes 3-7 business days.
