1. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information. Placing fraudulent orders using fake information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in BDT. Delivery charges (Inside/Outside Dhaka) are calculated separately and clearly stated before payment. We try to display accurate colors, but monitor settings may cause slight variations.
3. Payment Terms
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the delivery agent upon receiving the product.
- Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad): Send payments only to our official merchant numbers. We are not responsible for payments sent to wrong numbers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days.
- We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, or courier issues.
- If a parcel returns to us due to “Customer Unreachable”, the customer must pay the re-shipping cost.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
